Btw I happened to look at the tires on my 2 bikes, and I like the Avon Distanzias on my xr400 and on a hunch checked the size, and they are exactly the same size as my husqvarna. Now Im wanting to swap tires since they are the same size but I always scratched the crap out of my xr's rims when I tried to change them. Anyone got any tips or know how and willing to help? Maybe one of you has a real stand (I always just did them on the ground) if I can get these swapped I will be able to enjoy dirt a little more
You could try this:

Or, I've got tire spoons and a center stand.

Dang DQ! All of that for just 4 hours.
I'm with Babs, maybe taking to much different stuff. If you are not sleeping try not to take anything for alittle while. What's the worst thing that's going to happen, not get any sleep. You already not getting any.
I know that evil word exercise has been said, but give that a try. With your foot banged up don't know what you are capable of, maybe try cycling (my other two wheeled addiction). It's low/no impact but you still need to put pressure on your foot and I don't know how much movement you got in your ankle.

I didn't take anything last night. The pain I endured was not worth the little bit of sleep I got.

I may try some upper body exercise to see if that helps. It'll be a few months before I'm able to ride a bicycle or anything that requires any pressure.

I'd be happy to show you some of the exercises I did when I broke my foot in half when I was in the Army if you think it would help. Try Trazodone, it knocks me out like nothing else. I don't have any right now and I've used too much Tizanidine this week already which is why I'm still up.

I appreciate the offer. I know how to exercise and I know I need to but I haven't found the mental drive to do it.

On another note: I have felt like crap all day today (Wednesday) then finally about 6:30 I started feeling good and had the urge to go hang out in the shop/barn and drink some beer. I rode down there on the little knee scooter thing that I use around the house. I had a couple of beers, cleaned up a little in the shop, and just relaxed. On my way back to the house, I crashed my scooter. I may be the only guy to ever get road rash from riding a knee scooter.

I think I need to be placed in a padded room for the remainder of 2013!

They aren't as stable as you would think. Maybe I need to watch an instructional DVD or take a scooter training class.

Sorry about that DQ. Here's something that might help.

Just because I need to say this somewhere... I fucking hate my job! I'm tired of working with lazy ass people, I'm tired of being looked down on because I am the lowest payed person here. I'm sick of a boss that is bipoler, I'm sick of funerals, I haven't. Stoped for over a month. I've worked right through the last two weeks with mass amounts of blood comeing from my nose every time I blow it. 2 days I worked with a fever, and what does my boss say, "you can't get sick" why because none else here can fucking do my damn job.

I should have went into robotics, mettle working, something where I could create things. I need a new job, hell a new life. Ok my rant is over.

I hope to get back to work on my Raptor soon, get it fixed, take care of a promiss I made then creat a bike. I will ether build a cafe bike from a XR400 or I will put a XR400 on a CR250 frame and make a killer off road bike. I think ill call it the CXR400R

I was amazed every time I fell off mine. The track width needs to be several inches wider for big, tall boys.

Our 50+ year old secretary is a master at hers. I'm impressed at how she zips around on it.
