Regarding inserting getting both text & a pic in a post, what I do is type what I want to say first, then drop down a line or two and then paste in the img code link.
Hey Daryl (aka: Dan) I know the treherne hill area pretty well, it's only 45 minutes from my house and have spent plenty of time tooling around the back roads. If a few of the city folk want to head out some Sunday we could make an afternoon of it, with a BBQ back in Graysville. Plenty of scenic hills to enjoy!

That would be awesome!

I would love that! For some reason my wife has a bee in her bonnet about the Treherne area... and I must admit every time I drive by on # 2 hwy and look south to those hills I think to myself must be nice in there! A guided group ride out that way would be fantastic!

If we don't go to the hatchet rally , Maybe a run to Ely would happen. I would probably want to camp at Fortune Bay Casino(sauna etc) cheap. How. Much are rooms at the hotel?

Just throwing it out there

Anyone interested in a modestly farkled 2011 KLR with ~19,000k on the clock? Some scratches, but never down.

It's starting to look like, one way or the other, I will be parting company with it by months end, and I thought I'd see if anyone would offer more than the dealer has for the trade-in, (and, of course, somewhat less than what the dealer will turn around and re-sell it for {ie - win-win situation}).

Plus there will be bits and pieces - original pre-farkle parts that the dealer won't be getting (windshield, shifter, new primary side gaskets...whatever else I can find...)

Just throwing it out there.

....I think I've fallen in love, and her name is R1200GS
