There's a young woman named Feyala who has a wonderful ride report called "Wherever I May Roam - One Woman Living on a DR650" - and she did a neat job of painting her own bike...here's the details:

If you have some spare time to read ride reports, Kamikaze, you may just find this young woman's world quite inspiring...she takes "extreme camping" to a whole new level. Her RR starts here:

ADVer in need of help!

Hello everyone, I need to borrow a rotor bolt holder and puller to check mine and chris's doos for our may newfoundland trip. I just need to borrow those tools, nothing else! I just need them for a day or two.

If you can help, you can email me (emails go straight to my phone) at melissa.vandall@mts.net or call/text my phone at 204-803-3185.

We are all getting older! But we don't have to quit riding!

Jack sent this link to a few people I am sure, but I wanted to post it on ADV, if it hasn't already been posted. Scroll down about 1/3 of the way and watch the 20 minute video of the two older guys and how they live their life on two wheels! Truly inspiring!

1st ice ride

Fabulous first day on the track at StMalo today on the ice. It was the first day with a new bike - a 2007 YZ250 2 stroke. Worked our way through some jetting and suspension mods...worked pretty good for the first effort with the new bike. Next week will see some gearing changes and some further suspension tweeks. As well, next week we'll probably have a 2009 YZ 450 to set up too. Probably 20 or so riders out today. Lotsa fun and comraderie. If anyone wants to come out and watch or give it a go, let me know(PM)...you're more than welcome.
Gotta take a hot shower now and warm uuuuuuuuuuuuupppppp.
