You should know the answer to that one... But no rule that you still can't have a drink and enjoy time off work...oh yeah, forgot...you don't work

Put your rain gear on Mark and head out. I'll be laying here all weekend thinking of riding

Some people are pretty stressed out puppy dogs. Make the best of it I say - one of the best camping investments I made was a lightweight tarp - if it does rain, at least you can sit outside under it and stay dry, not just be cooped up in a tent.

What's up with the price of gas jumping up 6 cents/litre just before the long weekend - again!

Weather

Not so bad for sunday. Thinking of doing a Whiteshell loop with a buddy of mine, maybe going thru Spraque on the way there. There is some gravel, so let's hope he is ok with that. Anyone want to come if the weather is half decent?

Florian, am up for that, but might go camping instead. Was thinking of checking out Ingolf (north east of West Hawk Lake) - you gotta go in from Caddy Lake. That's end-of-the-road and takes you into Ontario slightly.

yes you guys in TBay are getting screwed for gas. Saw one station over $1.40. Went up here but just to $1.32. Thank goodness it is summer and the KLR gets 65mpg!

Aside from the rain, how'd you like the ride in and outta there? Was tempted to go for a ride and head to the Whiteshell myself this morning, but chickened out. A few years back got caught in heavy rain riding my 'Wing (old GL1100) between Seven Sisters and Rennie - was a drowned rat! Damn unpleasant and not a little scary that was.

On my way home from rally in Wawa. Had great weather and now at a friends in Thunderbay. Forecast is for 20mm or more for today. I get the feeling I will be a drowned ADVer by the time I get back. It is raining so hard right now that I don't even want to go outside to get clean clothes from the saddle bags.
