I got me a slightly used Tenere, with special mods: ultra-high capacity fuel tank and super light-weight, low CoG placed battery.

The Budapest to Bamako rally just rode into town and I saw a 600 transalp, 2 650 dominators and a tiger 800xc, all sort of available for sale in a country where big capacity bikes are rarer than hen's teeth. I really can't justify buying another bike  but would love the Tiger.

That looks worse than my DR800 that I bought 6 months ago, only just. But a bikes a bike..........and I like it !
