It's the bandit stem with a bushing in the zx lower triple, the to triple is a billet piece with a drop built in to raise the ride height.

The swingarm is zx14 also. I had to build a jig to keep it aligned, the cut out the bandit pivot and welded in newly machined pivots.

my 610 w/ the new trail tech X2. Not sure if I should have gotten the white one and used the same decal or maybe even black, but the red looks good enough. Once I get a ride in it will have so much mud on it you'll never be able to even tell what color it is.

Thanks Brah! She has been a great bike, well over 30K miles and has never let us down or been in the shop. Still runs like a scalded cat. Bought her as a "Leftover crate "deal for $7.5K new. And got the Bags and windscreen for free with a Moto Guzzi coupon out of a cycle mag 2 weeks later. Best damn money we ever spent.

Thanks again.

I built a jig with a rod that a hole saw rides on. The same jig is used with a different insert to locate the new pivots for welding.

The mighty Hyosung GT250, got me from Melbourne to Perth in 7 days. Despite me not oiling the chain once the entire trip .

My favorite photo of the trip. I swear the sky is bigger out there.

And just to show i fit on the bike as well. Didn't have the shoulder bag full of crap or my sleeping bag bag strapped to the top on my test pack.
