Finally a guy comes up to me sporting a sweater vest, golf shit, and dark slacks and says "Surely you aren't on a motorcycle". I said "Yep, I ride just about every day regardless of the weather." He said "I ride a Harley and I wouldn't dream of riding in weather like this. You must be a real biker." He then looks out the window at my Honda and asked me if it was a BMW! I said no, and told him I was just a lowly commoner and couldn't afford one. We talked for a few more minutes before he left. When he pulled out of the parking lot in his Mercedes I noticed the license plate said "POSER".
At least he knew and accepted the truth of his existence!!! Even joked about it....rare for sure!

He rode it home, after stopping lunch at louises bbq in crystal springs.... he us a little sore now. Will be more sore tomorrow, I'd say. But all in all, all is well... just his pride. They need to put up a sasquatch crossing sign so this doesn't happen again!!!!!

Ok, here are the pics from Supah's incident:

The skid mark.

The GPS survived unscathed other than mud and debris compacted on the back side.

Left side crash bar looks undamaged other than all the mud packed in.

Right side crash bar is a total loss I think. Bolt broke off and the crash bar was pushed all the way up.

Top Box is a goner.

Clutch and both mirrors were completely ripped off.

Left side foot peg bent down.

Supahs new helmet is toast. His jacket was torn up and his riding pants were shredded also but I don't have pics of those.
