I agree, for the novice/beginner riders Rincon is your best bet. Super easy singletrack over a few dozen logs and some 5' rock steps

Would you please get your sack out of your wife's hand bag. 15/46 will work just fine at KM. If you get to a switchback or a log or both just shift down to third. Also remember you have a clutch on the EXC,it is not like the PW50. What size bulb do you have in your nite light, a 150 watt.

Those who have been to KM before will reconize this place.

These guys put on an outrageous BBQ'd prime rib dinner on Sat. nights. If we had the non-riding inmates in camp truck the eslo meal out to Manache Meadows Sat., and the riding groups converged out there at say 1:00pm, we could have a midday BBQ and refreshment break with the whole group . Possibly changing to a different group skill level after the break. Then in the evening, we could slab it down to the Grumpy Bear for prime rib and beer.
After dinner mosy over to the general store. Behind the store is an amphitheater where they show movies on sat. night during the summer.
Then a nice slab back to camp, start the fire continue drinking and BSing.
Those who still crave dirt can take the wooped out connector between fish creek camp and Troy Meadows on their prime rib full belly.
Just an option, If everyone agrees, I will call the Grumpy Bear early in the week to let them know to make sure theres enough prime rib!

I realized after 29 years of riding/racing that as much as I love motorcycles I had only tolerated ridding the bikes that I have owned. , untill I bought my GS now I have a hard time getting off the ramp to go to work.

I count 13.. unless your seeing double..
..No wait that makes 26

I bought a 13 c/s sprocket but realized I have a masterlinkless chain and no chain breaker in my tool kit so I'll have to wait until I buy one

I found that as long as your jetting is on and your carb dosent stumble when shifting from 1st to 2nd at this altitude it'll be fine on steep hills with the stock gearing.

No need to break the chain for a c/s change...
