Why do people hang out at night at a cycle shop? Do they have food?

It's fun to kick tires and tell lies, then go for a ride or get something to eat. Where else can u meet like minded riders.

Every Thursday night in Springfield, MA is bike night, I just got home and it's awesome. They block off a couple blocks just for bikes, and Theodore's has excellent food (and the Salty Dog has a mechanical bull that chicks always ride).

Deck is OK, bar kinda sucks. Country music on Monday nights. I'll go.

So lets pick a place that is within 20 miles of Hartford to make it fair for everyone. I'd like to agree on a place for the last week of this month.

It doesn't even have to have beer or indoor seating. Bars are good but I'd be fine with a snack bar type of place too. Let the suggestions fly.

Two places in Westbrook, CT - Frankies & Marty's. Frankies has a deck on the roof and drinks. Marty's is a drive-in (no booze) with sit down inside and out. The countergirl even wore rollerskates! Both are close to RT 1 & RT 145. RT 145 goes to RT 148 - the best m/c road in south/central CT!
