sorry for the vent folks

I agree! I don't have the money for one of those hilltop palaces anyway. I'll take a sidehill with just enough trees cleared to build my cabin. Then I'll be that much closer to my kin in Alabama..
I'll see y'all in about ten years The beer will be on me, I brew my own...

I built a new house about 9 years ago, guess its not so new now, but I did not build on the highest point on my place. I tried to stay lower and get some shelter from the cold winter wind. I have a view but only of tree tops and mountains in the distance. I don't want to look down on folks or have them look up at me. I want privacy soz I can do as I please here. I saw a new house going in on Max Patch road yesterday right smack on top of a liitle knob....they ain't locals I bet. Lightening will be a problem, awful wind, I bet the well will be trouble, and no place for a garden. If the day comes when the stores and electric is gone, where they gonna get food? I have people living on the very top of the mountain behind me and you can see their homes from miles away. They have been down here in the droughts to ask for water, have ask if I would take my tractor and scrape their roads so they can get in and out on an impossible grade, and no telling how many times the wind has ripped off their roofs...oh well..each to his own...xtphreak...you got me on the same box...I'll hush and go back to my silly self now....

Just see your post dirtymartini...you got the right idea buddy

Great new tag xtphreak! That should make a really fun day of riding no matter which way you go in....one of my favorite valleys! Beautiful! Great new tag Nice dual sport gravel connects into there too if you are familiar with this area.

Just so everybody is fresh on this. I set this game up to be quick and easy. No tag numbers needed. Repeats of great spots encouraged. File photos are fine for placing a tag but not snagging one.

Play fast, play fun.

Good job Phreak!

Great tag phreak! It's been years since I've been down that road. I think it's been closed and reopened at least three times since then. Would love to do it again. Last time was in a lowered '85 camaro. I think I'll have more fun on the KLR.
