Speaking of which... last week sometime (totally blanking on the day), two guys in a civic pulled up next to me on the highway to flick me the bird. At first I gave them the wtf-did-i-do face... but the guy smiled and I "got it." Should be more prepared with the ADV sticker on the jeep.

Tommy, I heard about a bike accident this morning on 575... glad to see it wasn't you. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do regarding bikes-- they're just selfish toys that you don't need at all times.

Saw a guy yesterday,

7/20/09, 1:30pm, on Old 41 right at the end of the runway at McCollum, Black R1150GS, adv I think, rider had on khaki shorts... Caught ya riding "naked."

I see him around the airport quite a bit, and I have no idea who he is... I know it's hot out, but heat doesn't suck as bad as road rash.

One of the times I rode home in a short sleeve shirt, back in the day, I got caught! Someone in traffic called my then-bf to tattle on me. I can't catch a break!

From a former Athenian...

Nomistery, I realize you saw your dream guy on a KTM, but I have to ask what the possibility is that the Black rider on the Black bike was the Darth Peach on her black TIger?Kinda gives me a feeling....
Pining for Georgia from Baltimore. Jack
Couldn't help myself, sorry for the hijack. Nice thread.

Again, long time ago. Love you, Nick!

My guy had a Black Arai XD... Peach rocks the white arai, copycat that she is. And this was definitely a KTM. Also, if she came to GA, we would ALL know about it.

I guess I felt kinda how you guys would feel if she passed you... all tingly inside.

Let us know when/if you ride through GA again.

I heard about it on the radio as I was pulling onto Chastain, just in time to say WTF? when I seen all the traffic trying to get onto 75. It took me from Cartersville to Glade road to realize that I have a radio now.

Spotted a tall, bearded, benevolent nice guy (with daughter) at a Suzuki shop off 41 north in Cartersville. Looking for brake pads for GoldWing (I think with sidecar). Didn't flip me off, but hinted I was a fat fuck .
