Scott, can you post this in the racing forum? I can't figure out how to do it. Maybe he can get more hits. Thanks, Barb

Mythical Riders, boy are they movin'. Thru dust, rocks & mud..............they're FUKENGRUVEN!
As I look back through the decades, theres a thought that prevails. We are born without a road map and a choice of many trails...........

Sure. Is there a specific thread in there or should I start a new one?

Hi peeps, had a great time in Moab, met alot of nice people at the challenge. The rock formations and trail systems are just awesome. When we arrived I got invited by Shannon, one of the trophy winners from the last challenge to ride along on a little trail ride, little did I know. Went through Kane Canyon that must be rated triple black deep sand washes rock ledges, lifting the bikes up rock walls the cool down dip at the waterfall was awesome. Through 26ish miles that took all day. It was all good it got me tuned-up for the challenge Thanks Shannon
Day one of the challenge I hooked up with TheSeeker and JT. Team Ak. what a awesome time thanks guys.
Day two the trophy challenge was set up at the moto-x track all per B.M.W. specs. all participants used the F-800.
More later need to hit the road.
Thanks again everybody for the support in helping me on this adventure

Day 1 of the A.R.C. I got First place.
Day 2 The Trophy qualifier i got 2nd place to put me in place for the final challenge of social media.

NOTE: BMW is creating an 'app' in the next few days on facebook which allows fans to vote for me. The top three competitors who garner the most votes before Oct. 13 will be declared overall winners.

Thanks all, see you on the road.

Awesome job, Chad-we knew you could do it. We'll keep an eye on the facebook thing. It's a shame that just placing isn't enough, but we'll play the game. Next stop-South America. I'd like to do a movie night/party at the shop when Chad and Jeannie get home. Will post up the date. Thanks to everyone who donated to make this happen! Barb

ya did it!!!!,hoooorah,,alleluja!!

chad my good man

there aren't words adequate enough...ya know how i felt before,,and it's more of the same...

woody

OBTW,,,,just want you n others to know that the only item sticking in my craw over the lst few days was this business of turning your hard earned work and well deserved spot on the western team over to cyber-space voters that haven't seen the fruits of your labor and determination,,,..the simple thought of it galls me and i'm sure others as well,,,most everyone i talked with said ''WTF????"

it's like someone from Dancing with the Stars or America's Got talent sold someone at BMW with this idea,,,like it's a way to leverage/harvest more names for some future advertising promo not to mention FB's memership base....sorry folks ,,it just smacks of some sleazy/bizarre ending ...there's gotta be a better way..like why not a season finale/shoot-out at some BMW rallye BWOE...of course ya gotta join Face-Book to vote,,and how do ya keep from stuffing the ballot boxes...nahhhh
