I have stumbled apron this thread by chance. It has turned out to be the best READ and VIEWS I have ever seen! WOW!! It took me 2 weeks to read through it. Hi Margus and Kariina, have you considered a project to fund your book? There are several successful book projects on kickstarter, one of the advantages is that people can buy your book in advance, so you know how many copies will be printed and have the money in your hands before the book goes on sale. Think about it! Cheers!
