oh yeah im fine , a little sore which I should be . I ended up with 6 stitches . One of my friends looked at the bike and the crash scene and figures I hydroplaned since the wheels are clean and the hole was ankle to shin deep baby poo mud . He said the good news was I almost made it , according to him my head hit 5 feet from the end so if I would have road it another 15 feet in a strait line all would have been well But at las the bike and me made a 90 and I took a bath .

Good news is since Im going to let my stitches set in before I ride Im going to build my rear rack and panner stand offs while Im down . Plus I need fix the bike and give it a good check over

went ahead and put it in faceplant

Damn. I hate falling down. Wish I hadn't gotten good at it in years past. Glad to hear there's no lasting damage.

Missed it by this much.....

Bitter cold..... drenching rain..... and I end up 3 minutes away from the tag spot with no grab.

Anybody who thinks it's got to be sunny and 70 to be a "perfect ride" is loopy.

Any of you folks happen to be near Madison, Va?

There is a car on craigslist I'm looking at for my wife there. And if anyone is local, and willing to swing by and take a quick glance for me, I'd appreciate it.

Saving me having to cruise up 4 hours each way on Saturday.
Pictures look good, and I've asked for a few more, but well, it would suck to fail due to photoshop.

I'll post your request on the Charlottesville riders thread. They are the closest to Madison.

Thanks. Figured some of them might be in here too.
Us NC creeps flutter around all the threads cluttering them with all sorts of gibberish.
