Mark, heal well mate, take your time, you'll know when you're ready to do stuff. I guess the "leg over" has to be the big test
After reading the last bit, I'm not sure you'll be ready for the pub night, but if you are, and you feel up to it, the offer is still there.
Thanks for a great report. Get well soon eh.

Ride on

Mark, take it easy and keep the rehab up. I've been there a few times but the passion for riding never leaves. Soldier on... good luck.

Thanks for writing an almost complete RR.

.............again Mark, thanks for a great thread and continued best wishes with your rehab and future, and as for wanting a Beamer - well we won't hold that against you. I hope you get one and ride again mate.

Cheers

Jeez, crap in a hat. Glad your OK mate.

Thats the kind of stories that really make me think twice about how I get lazy and forget how dangerous it can be on the roads.

Take your time getting back into it again. Im sure physio will be a bitch but keep at it and you'll see steady improvement.

Hope you fell better soon bud.

When I saw melbourne to Gold coast and half way back. I was thinking, "Oh he must have stopped to live in Sydney or something".. Turns out not so lucky.

Mate, really good story and I love your sense of humour. Hope you heal up ok and there will always be another BMW for sale. Those things are always coming up for sale.

Glad the young fella wasn't on the bike with you when it went to shit.

Unusual for a Victorian to have a sense of humour.

Now now, don't be knocking Tasmanian's, They are a lot closer to you than Queensland is. Is that humour like electing that tossa Jeff Kennett repeatedly sort of thing.

Hope you are healing up OK man.
