Minor Discovery - Bumblebee Yellow Paint Match
Sometimes you get a little lucky. I removed my big windscreen today to put a smaller one on for summer and found some paint worn off the roo bar around the headlight. I discovered that Testors Yellow 1114 enamel is a near perfect match....

Post this in Tips and Tricks and also Parts. Good catch. Been looking for that color and would never have guessed.

Spray Version...
The spray version of that same color is Testors Spray Enamel 1214. It comes in a 3 oz can and I found it at Hobby Lobby for $5. Hope this helps someone else out there as well.

I like my Testors paint kit, the big one with lots of colors....first it reminds me of my youth but also I can match just about anything by mixing them.A few coats over a week and some careful wetsanding/polishing who needs filler for gouges and scratches.
![]() Silver, on my bench right now with the 5/0 paint brush, I have to nitpick at some wheels if the brush is small enough, otherwise will have to go to the artist supply store for an even smaller one. Tough paint when applied properly.
