Custom Sewing and Cordura Items

I have been working on some sewing projects and I wanted to put this out there for anyone that might be interested.

I produce items from 1000 denier Cordura mainly. Most are basic in shape yet provide a good amount of function. I would also be willing to do custom projects. If you give me a description and dimensions of what you are looking for, I may be able to help you out.

If you have any ideas for a custom project and would like some assistance in the design/production aspect, I would be more than happy to assist as well. It doesn't have to be made of Cordura nylon either.

Here are some examples:

This link contains all the photos and patterns included in this entire thread to save you the time of going through every post.

I've got a question for you.

I've got one of these Mantis tarp/tents

http://www.mec.ca/Products/product_d...45524442498909

and I'd like to have side curtains for the open mesh sides. I'm thinking sil nylon and either sewn on or maybe with velcro on the tent and the other half sewn on the curtains so they could be totally removed if needed. Maybe even add a couple of clear plastic windows made of that durable kiind that some tents have in the fly.

Dan,

That should be a fairly easy thing for me to do. I'll PM you and we can discuss.

Would this kind of material be too heavy for hard case bags?

Material

Nate, This material would work well for hard case bags. It's a very durable material and is very water resistant if you were to get water in you hard bags. If you would like, I can send you a sample of what I have. If you think it's heavier than what you would need I can always get lighter weight material.

Let me know if I can help you with anything!

Brady
