Good news! Can you post some pics -- sewn seams, etc -- after you play around with it a bit? Also, do you have specs on what the fabric is, weight and material? Any thoughts on seam seal tape?

The fabric I have ordered is a 200 Denier 100% nylon with a heat sealable lining on the back. At 200 Denier, it's not quite as heavy duty as the 1000 Denier Cordura that I typically use but I'll see how tough it is once I get it!

Can you make a mesh pyramid tent? Much like a Golite Shangri-la 4 nest inner tent. Golite stopped making thier version.

Took a ride today on the KLR to test test the bags at speed. Got up to 70mph (actual) . The bags were rock solid on the SW Motech bars. They even block the wind off my legs. They do crowd the hiway pegs just a tad. But still very workable.

These came out just perfect!

No, that's my tire-change tool, etc. duffel. I had it with me that last ride we went on ... but I guess ya didn't notice. See the first post in this thread for the Agri tube bags. I actually stuff a tool roll in my Agri tube, but that probably eats up too much room in there.
