Need a bag

I need a bag to go in between my fuel cell and my Top Box. I would like the heavy duty stuff. The opening looks like this:

I would like the bag to be twenty inches long, 7 inches tall and 6 inches front to back. I would like to have the tie down strap loops on the top and a strap that comes from the bottom (5 inches from the outside of the bag to a couple of inches up the end) of the bag on both sides. I would like a plastic snap on the two pieces so I can run the strap under the rails on the bike and then snap the bag on by putting the two pieces together. If you could let me know how much that would be ? Thanks!

my email is olmizzou@msn.com

Thanks!

zipper flap suggestion

Maybe a velcro zipper cover flap would help keep water away from the zipper, similar to how storm flaps are made for jackets. Just a thought.
Also do you make bags like these to fit 07 klr650 crash bars?

All of the crash bar bags I make do have a flap over the zipper now. It was a suggestion by another inmate here.

I could make a set of bags for an 07. I have not made a set for that year bike so we would need to work together on a pattern I could use.

If you would like to pursue this send me a pm and we can get this going. I'm sure there are other KLR owners out there that could use them as well.

Thanks for the suggestion and the interest.

Product Test

During the last 6 months or so I have purchased the following items on this thread: Pelican 1550 liners (1reg 1 custom), 2 tool tube liners, 1 tool roll, and 1 custom bag for my thermarest sleeping pad. I was getting set up for a trip from NY up to Labrador, Canada & across the Trans Lab Highway on my 89' KLR. I am happy to report that all the bags worked perfect. The Pelican liners got heavy use in everything from soaking wet to dust for hours on end. I used most of the bags daily for 2 weeks straight, 4200 miles later they are still like new. Thanks for the great job

Wow! factor: incredible service!

Contacted Brady on July 6 with a design idea to ponder and two pouches to deliver. It was shipped within one business day and arrived in Eastern Canada on July 15. Great service, thanks Brady.

So, my latest gadget idea keeps the dirt away from the rear shock piston:

Ohlins "Leg Warmer" with a drawstring on each side, made by ADVrider inmate Brady. He also has the dimensions for reproduction.
