posted up in my usual fishing forums, but figured i'd give a couple of you fucks a shot at it too,,, first come first serve, from either site.

gonna try and go out tomorrow am, got room for two. will leave the slip in barnegat arounds 0700-0800and head out off the beach in search of stripers on bunker pods, (snag and drop). probably head back in in a couple hours,,depends on the action.

if you dont have gear, i can hook 1 person up with a rod to use, everything else i have on the boat.

also i have a drug and alcohol free boat, so if thats your idea of fishing, you might just want to move along. also follow all fishing rules.

Minus the parking lot on I-40 about 90 miles west of Memphis...a solid 750 miles today.

Had to take a detour. Utterly motionless for 45 min.

When I went to key west, I was really proud of my 600+ mile days! Though that was on a Ninja 12R
I don't suggest it unless you are training for an iron taint competition.

A real pucker moment came in crossing Georgia and the pick up in front of me lost a 12ft ladder out the back and it spun down the highway. I waited 1/2 a turn and had scottie go to warp 9 to blast past it.
Scary out there, but we do love it so....

going this fast there is nothing you can say to the trooper to wiggle yourself out, but what do you guys recommend as a good line if you go slightly over?

I'm gonna guess that the bike was a BMW like yours, Adam. Not sure any other street legal bike can hit that number, except maybe the Hyabusa, huh?

As far as lines to use for speeding, the best one is "Sorry I didn't notice the speed limit had changed, and my license is clean". Best not to speed. Good reason not to have a fast street bike!

p.s., be a little overweight, dye your hair grey, and look confused. Works for me!

This should work:

"Gee officer, I'm sorry I did not pull over right away. You see, my ex-wife ran off with a State Trooper, and I thought you were bringing her back!"
