Yep. Bettery Tender is pretty much a paperweight with wires if you do not plug it in.

My bike hasn't moved in weeks either. Work has been kicking my ass. It seems when I do have any free time there is some other urgent crap that I have to get done or the roads are in no condition to ride on them.

Spring is not far away and work should calm down soon. Happy days will be here again.

Early in life and riding I went thru batteries..first had to keep it outside and couldn't reach a charger, later a garage with no power....times of not knowing better---or not having resources.

Just like the amount of tools you currently own--over time that'll grow and grow...no worries man, if it needs a battery it's OK...

Rode the WR today...love that little f'er...cleaned it up and got ready for spring.

Cheers!

Haha...I don't need it but I'll take your shit, sure!

Actually...here's the rundown:

Had surgery
Did my last international job in Spain/Geramny
Left J&J
BIG ASS SNOWSTORM
Started a new job in NYC
Currently kicking ass while learning my new gig (which is phenominal)

Oh and I leave for Key West on my bike in about 4 weeks.

I'm a good place. Don't you worry about it.

I have been riding for the last 20 years...so I am not too worried about a little winter hiatus due to the kid. And don't worry, when I am old like you, I'll get to get out on some big trips.

I think we are having a little cabin fever here, boys (girls?)....

Seriously, riding in the winter is definitely not for everyone. The cold is hard for some, and the salt does eat up the equipment. But the advantages are many...

No bugs!
You can wear all the protective gear you want and not get hot!
Police officers feel sorry for you and mostly leave you alone.
No squids to compete with....
