No, because that's not true

It started mostly as a tax rebellion- against various acts passed by Parliament. The English king was a convenient "face of the bogeyman" to rally against, but Parliament was responsible for all the acts/laws that caused the rebellion.

You are right, but most taxes were already eliminated and the penalties too at the time of the first shots.
Have you guys seen the first flag the Continental Army used

One of the wives over on the PA side also got herself a new bike this weekend. This is a move up from an S40 which she seems to have quickly outgrown.

My bride finally got to come home early today from UPenn cancer center in Philly !!
She is so happy to be finally home as are we.
