Any body in upstate NY

Any body in upstate NY (Rochester area) ? Trials is one of the last styles of riding that I have yet to try.
Before I go spending money I dont have I was wondering if there is anyone local that would be willing to show me what its all about.

Ray Peters had a school up there and the family was big in trials and I rode at a national they put on. There is some great riding and it would be a good idea to search the local trials club and show up to help out with scoring sections and I'm sure someone would be glad to let you play around on their bike..

WOW thank you all for the replies. I was talking with one of the guys I ride endures with about the possibility of wanting to get into trials riding. He laughed at me then told me that the national events where held only about a half hour away. LOL what the hell, I didn’t know .

Yes, WTC rounds, AMA Nationals and many club level events have run in your back yard. Great trials country!

Harley eh? That should make the Aermacchi purists cringe!
Not the most esthetically pleasing Italian design IMHO but they were good runners.
