Nice CB1100 Sport foot pegs

I've got a CB750 with stock 1100 footpeg brackets
and a sport control kit. I can't decide which way to go...

I got the bike a couple of years ago with 3500 miles on it. It looked like this, 100% stock

I had a new one in 81 and then got married and the wife didn't like motorcycles. I got rid of it. 17 years later I got rid of the wife and guess what I went out and bought?

I got the rear sets off the 1100 f forum

http://www.cb1100f.net/

They still come up quite often. I had them powder coated and they make the ride much more comfortable, them and the k&n bars.

I can't believe how good these bikes felt in the early 80's and now I notice how much flex the frame and swing arm have compared to today's bikes. My girlfriend rides an R6 and I thought the 900 handled pretty well and was fast.

GSX1100G, the freeway rocket. I know it's not a classic yet.. But you try to find a dealer that'll work on a '92.
I am loving this thread, seeing so many low barred, serious street bombers bristling with cylinders is inspiring.
Sorta like one afternoon when a younger coworker poked his head around the corner of my cubicle and said, "Dude, your bike,, it's all engine!".
All I could do was grin, and agree.
