Awesome! Sounds like a lot of people are curious, both here and on Steeds.

While my Ural is probably my most fun rig, my Bonnie/Cargo rig is the most functional by far.

Ural Car in Elma, WA

Just back from Elma. Marty is an older guy in declining health who has bought a lot of stuff over the years from storage lockers and yard sales. Ken is a younger guy who is helping him to sell the stuff on Craigslist for a cut. Here is a pic of the two of them in the storage locker with the car--

Marty is hesitant to sell it--he says he wants to find a bike and turn it into an outfit--but I think that's just a dream. Asking price is $800 for the complete car including the wheel, fender assembly, frame and struts. The car is rust free except for a little bit of surface rust. The nose got crumpled at some point and was repaired. Pics below show the repair from the outside (the area with primer paint) and from the inside--

Here are the other pics I took--

Since I'm not a Uralist, I don't know if this is a good deal or not. Or if it's complete. One thing I noticed missing is the two clamps that attach the car to the front of the frame. And, of course, no seat. He does have a chrome front rack but I'm not sure if it mounts under the nose as a bumper/light mount or on top of the nose for luggage--but I think it was an undermount. Marty also said he had a rack for the spare tire somewhere but I didn't see it. Apparently he has his stuff scattered in 4 different storage units. He might actually have it. No latch or other hardware on the trunk lid. I didn't try to open it.

If interested, Marty's phone number is 360 861 8762 and Ken's is 206 972 2361.

RD and Barnone--I'm not a "Steeds" member so feel free to repost this info and the pics over there.

Ohh, almost forgot to mention. They don't own that Ural Cargo Box sidecar anymore. Some guy from Tacoma bought it this morning.

Was the guy who bought it an inmate named Drone? If so, good on you! I'd just be happy to see an enthusiast get it and do something with it versus someone getting it who will let it sit in a garage for another decade.

Good for who ever got the cargo box. If it is Drone then some photos would be nice. Hopefully one will turn up closer to me some day.

Sold the blue rig but still have this 685 available. I fixed the fork seals and replaced the missing body work so the price has gone up, but make me an offer

2008 Becker F1 w/many spares and trailer for sale ~ 12k OBO

My rig is up for sale... as seen at (http://www.sra-west.us/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=476)

Greetings... I'm putting the Becker F1 up for sale. I've not exactly been using it a lot lately and I could use the money for other projects rather than let it sit.

~ 2008 Becker F1 chassis (images ~ http://tinyurl.com/58jxay)
~ Powered by GSXR 1k K3 with about 1/2 a season on it, in excellent running condition, complete with Yoyodyne Ti slipper clutch and fresh clutch pack.
~ Mounted Hoosier slicks have about four race weekends on them, still quite fresh.

Spares:

~ Complete Becker Moto Works built GSXR 1000 K3 powerplant, built and tested by Mr. Bill himself.
~ Complete K3 throttle body assembly with all sensors, injectors, and wiring.
~ Full DP replacement clutch kit. Springs/plates/discs.
~ Replacement factory Suzuki ECU.
~ Various spare stock Suzuki sensors.
~ Several sizes of countershaft sprockets, most brand new/unused.
~ Wilwood brake rebuild kits. (new in box)
~ Wilwood brake bleeder screws. (new in box)
~ Wilwood Master Cylinder rebuild kits. (new in box)
~ Several spare brand new heim joints. (left and right thread)
~ Brand new in the box replacement RK 10kp tensile strength chain.
~ Complete spare set of 'Real' racing rims shod with Hoosier tires with -one- race weekend on them.
~ Huge bag of oil diapers, misc 1/4 turn fasteners, misc. spares.
~ Includes spare drive spindles, axles, bearings all new in box.
~ Brand new 5 gallon fuel jug.
~ Two seasons worth of brand-new-sealed-in-the-bottles Repsol 4T synthetic oil, Repsol chain lube, Repsol brake fluid.

Includes Trailer: (images http://tinyurl.com/3skg4p trailer is not as cosmetically perfect as these photos at the present time, but is mechanically perfect)

~ Lightweight single axle full size trailer built specifically to haul an F1 sidecar.
~ Wired for standard 7-way connector. (round plug)
~ Wheel tie-down points specifically for a F1 sidecar wheelbase.
~ Full size wheels, trailer tires are less than a year old, in excellent condition.
~ Hubs recently inspected and bearings repacked.
~ Hand crank winch, tilt the trailer and winch up the rig, no ramps required. Two people can load and tie down a rig in 10 minutes.
~ Electric assist trailer brakes with electronic adjustable trailer brake modulator in the trailer bucket.

I do have additional bits and bobs that go with this rig that I've amassed over the last few years that will be included.

So that's a mechanically sound known-fast F1 sidecar with a complete set of spare wheels/tires, and a freshly rebuilt spare engine, and enough consumables and spares to run an entire season and even a trailer to haul it all with.

$12,000 OBO
