Considering Urals & Dneprs were copys of early BMWs, a genuine BMW airhead rig would be better than an alternative, wouldn't it? I know personally I'd take the Beemer over the Ural, but that's just me. Nice rig! Nice pics of blonde babe in the dirndl dress BTW (eye candy!).

BMW/Ural Sportsman TWD

Not mine, posted here on the IBMWR site.

1998 Sportsman I replaced the Ural 650 with a R80 had the Transmission rebuilt welded and machined to fit the BMW motor
so it still has the Reverse and Two wheel drive Its a sportsman which some consider the holy Grail of Urals as IT has a Differential This allows the rig to drive like a car no swerve under acceleration or dive under breaking
Low Miles 7500KM OK shape needs Shocks rebuilt ( $9 kit) and a tune up Runs and stops and all that but left carb sometimes acts up .
Price is Low beacause Im done with rideing due to an accident on My other bike.
See more at
Price: $ 4200
Location: Sacramento CA area
Contact: Chuck Presnail

Looks like an old Harley VL sidecar down in Daytona. It needs some work, but for $1500, I'd at least take a look. Those tubs were cool.

2012 Ural T

Hey guys,

There is a Ural T for sale on the South Bend, Indiana Craigslist.

Looks like a few farkles already added and is just under $9K. Sorry I can't link to it right now...I'm at work. I was looking at CL on my phone during lunch (in case I work with anyone who might see this )

oh yeah, it's the new flat brown-ish color. IMO they should have done a true flat OD green with no gloss on the affordable T model...or flat desert tan. These colors looked good on the other ($$,$$$) models

anyway, could somebody link to it please. No Affiliation BTW.
