An Annual Pass is $80.

If he hits more than 2 or 3 parks (Yellowstone is $25) - a pass would make the most sense.

Well Heck, I can think of more than a couple that would be good around that time of year and not too far off track...

1) Yellowstone
2) Canyon Grande
3) Sequoia National
4) Redwood National
5) Olympic National
6) Mt. Rainer - Cascades
7) Arches - CanyonLands
8) Crater Lake
9) Lassen Volcanic...
10) Bruce Lee's Grave in Seattle (okay it's not a park but it should be )

I'll sticky this for a week or so and let it gather some attention.

Then, maybe we'll move it to Inmates.

concerns

I am a little concerned with you guys setting this poor guy up to come into LA. It will confirm everything people learn about the US on television.
What if he runs into the Governor.
I love that you guys keep doing this. I have been waiting for this announcement and meant to PM Glen to see if I had missed it. I will be putting something in the Paypal for the effort.
Ron

Tinks inspired this post but it is to no one in particular.

There are many thousands of route options. Lu will start with route 1 shown
in post #2. How long he stays with it depends on things yet unknown.

Many considerations went into the draft routes. Among those considerations
were how much time would be spent droning instead of viewing, taking pictures,
and visiting inmates. Weather and time of year also come into play. Bail out
points are another consideration.

There is nowhere to stop when adding just one more National Park/State/City/Attraction
until you end up traveling 300+ miles a day and become toast after a couple of weeks.
This trip is intended to be traveled at an easy going pace, anywhere from 90 to 150 miles a day.

There will also be the option of disappearing for a few days at a time to recharge whatever
needs it.

As we have learned in the last two guest rider adventures, the basic route might be fine but
NO SCHEDULE LASTS MORE THAN TWO DAYS.

This is our third rodeo, everything will work out in due time.

I have a bike he can use but I wouldn't be able to get it to LA. If no other bike is volunteered and if he can fly into either Portland or Seattle I can get the bike to him there.

When Chanderjeet was here he took it for a test spin around NWGSs driveway. I sure wish we would have gotten a picture of that.
Hi C.J.

OK headed to add a couple bucks to the pay pal account.

Wad I say?

"When Lu arrives in LA, and after he gets kitted up with a loaner bike from one of our many notoriously generous inmates, he and his . . . "

That's GREAT Ladybug! Thanks! If a bike doesn't turn up in LA we can get Lu to you.
