Thanks Miguel, date night with OMB and MonkeyWife was great. Beer was swilled, mass consumables were... uh.... consumed, gas was passed and laughs were shared...

If any of you working stiffs are feeling bad about this beautiful day going to waste, don't worry, I have it covered.

I'll try to not Bump this time.

A little update for clients of my surrogate rider service:

Today was absolute heaven, 165 miles of motobliss.

Blue sky and sunshine, the air was cool enough to gear up without being too hot, yet warm enough to stay toasty all day, with no electrics other than the grips.

Virtually no traffic, I took backroads from Springdale all the way to Zig Zag without coming up behind even one other vehicle.

Mile after mile of mostly clean and dry twisties, the ride was about as close to perfect as you could get.

Even the still-new pavement from Barton to Carver was clear of cages.

Got home, and Bumped open the garage door just in time for Beer:Thirty.

Great day, I hope you enjoyed it.

Let me know if I can help you out again.

We appreciate the effort, Mort !!

I'm very surprised the Lodge pic looks so snowless, according to my truck driving neighbor, it snowed like mad up there, all over the highways even, on Friday morning.

Just remnants of plow leavings along 26 at Govy, and solid, yet fairly small leavings starting about halfway up the road to the Lodge.

Yeah, I don't do rides for him. He's on his own.

"remnants of plow leavings",,now that certainly draws a graphic picture, (it's a technickle term kid, you wouldn't unnerstand)

If you'd put some real tires on that slate grey skate, you'd scoff at the REMNANTS OF PLOW LEAVINGS!,,or hit a bump!

Hey RR.
I think Rashy took the photo,,he's up on the bank,,all safe and dry,,and failing to warn these riders of impending surf do to distance and noise,(yelling and waving didn't work),he did the next best thing and grabbed his camera,,
correct me if I mis-remember the story,,I'll use the Ronald Reagan defense,,,"uhh, I can't recall",,
