Man, sorry you two can't make it Saturday. We're still on although I'm keeping an eye on the weather.

I'll check back in Thur-Fri to try to get a firm head-count.

A bit of damp just makes the gravel less dusty and easier to ride faster

Whimping out because of a little precipitation does not an adventurer make.

I'm in rain or shine. Didn't notice a time to meet at the Conoco ?

Let's plan to meet at the Conoco 8:00 with kickstands up no later than 8:30. I'm good rain or shine.

I'll be in Louisville this weekend or I would join you. The Cohuttas is an area I haven't fully explored yet....

No, just an ~80 mile 4 hr. loop through the Cohutta's mostly FS road then back to my cabin on Little Mountaintown Creek for a late lunch and then possibly a little more riding that afternoon or whatever.

You're welcome to join us.

Given that it's only 80 miles and SDS might be coming from AL I'd be happy to leave later in the morning, say 9 or 10am

I can't make it, I have to be somewhere else. No excuse for y'all not to get the Georgia Tag. Monte, you've probably been by it 50 times.

We're on. Leave Conoco at 9:00

Also want to remind everyone that we're serving lunch at the cabin at the end of the ride.

Plus, there's a side road or two and a water crossing (note to self - bring camera) not too far away that we might want to check out. Lynne's looking forward to meeting folks and I'm sure will want to show you around this little "gardening adventure" she has undertaken with this place.

I think I screwed up and didn't get the route's .gpx on this computer. I have a .gdb will that work? If so, anyone who wants a copy please PM me your email.

Here's the list as I currently have it. Let me know if your status isn't correct. Haven't heard from Willy-B?

MB (host, chief cook and bottle opener)
Kdscoates - out
fullmonte - in
Willy-B - maybe
Mike Honcho - out
SuchesRider - in
AmericanWalkabout - in
HelenWheels - in (meeting at Old Hwy 2 intersection 9:30 - 9:45)
SDS - maybe (meeting at Crandall ??)

I'm thinking I may be able to meet up with y'all at the gas station or post office there in Crandall on 411. Any idea what time you'll be there?

Sorry, I really don't have any reasonable guess at when we would be in Crandall. I would like to think by around 11:30, but honestly I have no idea.
