Airhead: Rear wheel bearings and seal removal????

I dont remember having as much problems replacing my bearings and seals on my /5 and /6 bikes.

I am resurrecting an 1981 R100RT and would like to replace the bearings and seals on the back wheel. I have taken out the bearing and the dust seal from the side it comes out of and...the race wont come out. Which means all the other stuff wont. Tried putting a bolt through with a small washer to catch the other bearing and drive it out, but it refuses to budge. Any secrets? I put a couple really good licks in and no budging.

Picts are always a big help to me, thanks in advance.

I usually put the axle in backwards and use a spacer to tighten down the stack and then use a hammer to drive out the whole stack as a unit. Sorry, no pics
