You know Raindog, I've never met you, but I'd like to.

I've read a lot of your stuff here, and all of it is good.

Ride on Bro. Clear that head. Do the right thing.

After Alejos.

It was more business. My two partners and I stayed up late going over our business plan since we would be presenting the next to final version at lunch the next day to two very important people that have signed on to our board of advisers and could make the whole thing go pop if they opened their Rolodexes for us.

lunch was very important and the reason I came down.

Nice place..it came highly recommended and for good reason.

The food was simply fantastic..I ordered a lobster cobb salad and it was
also i had a cucumber and mint lemonade thing that was the single most refreshing thing I have ever drank. Did I mention that I'm riding around LA in a Stich during the Hottest week of the Summer(sucked).

For a fancy place the prices were not bad at all. The staff was awesome and the food was perfect.

Sorry for the lack of picks because the food was very photo worthy but it may have been a wee bit inappropriate for me to bust out the camera given the discussion and company

The meeting went about as well as could be expected and more doors opened..which means i get to keep walking down the hal in hopes of finding some funding at the end of the hallway(fingers crossed).

Yeah..your babe may have arrived in the Ferrarri but she's checking out the guy in the highlighter suit on the motorcycle(actually i think she was saying "is that guy a fireman or something..am I about to be punk'd..God it's hot..I am soo not driving to the valley today)

left that meeting to sit in front of the starbucks and watch the 0% body fat contingent walk buy as we went right onto an hour long con-call with our lawyer

I gotta go load some pics

After a long day in the hot sun..I headed back to the Hotel took a shower and decided to go ride through my old neighborhood of santa monica..it was still so hot and traffic was so bad i didn't slow down for photos thank dog for lane splitting otherwise I would have stayed in my hotel the whole time. traffic really has gotten exponentially worse since I was living here.

That night I hit 3rd street promenade
to just walk around and hit one of my favorite book stores Arcana unfortunately they were closed..but all was not lost.. I stumbled on a Korean BBQ truck i had actually read about a couple months ago.

I had the spicy Tofu burrito and it was awesome and for $5 a filling and tasty meal..of course they were parked right in front of this place
over 100 flavors of gelato holy shit..I could live there I got the chocolate and Dulce de leche

all in all a good food day

I couldn't believe the ol Santa Monica Place mall had been gutted weird.

also does every single douche bag in LA have to wear one of those shorty brimmed fedoras jesus i couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting some dork in a hat. Chances are if you see what you wear on the star of a reality TV show or every other clerk at Urban Outfitters..it's time to re-think your accessories people

The next morning it was up early and had to go somewhere I spent all my time avoiding when I used to live here......that's right.....the valley

Luckily my friend reminded me I could take Beverly Glen over the Hill instead of fighting the masses on the 405. I had a nice ride through Beverly Hills and up over the Hill. What are the chances in a town of a gazillion people..that same friend saw me crossing over Mullholland that morning so he flags me down and we make plans for me to come see him and his beautiful wife and baby that afternoon.

so absolutely no pics from today I told this would suck.

But my meeting went well and it looks like I might get a chance to pitch my TV idea to someone that can flip the "go" switch..I'll know for sure in a couple weeks..like all things Hollywood it's a lot of smoke and mirrors and dreams just as easily vanish as they appear. (fingers crossed)

spent the rest of the day in Benedict canyon with my friends family then spent hours with my best friend Max hanging out at Golden Bridge Yogic center I love that place..if you believe in 'energy" it's got a lot of the good stuff. although it is a bit distracting since it's the premier Yoga destination for supermodels seriously..my neck still hurts a bit Great food by the way
