Thanks Javier for your hospitality and letting us camp & ride around your property. The riding was really great- with a lot of fun riders!

The long ride up Jawbone Canyon Road.

It looked like things were about to get steep and narrow.

So we went this way instead.

Got to Javier's in time to pick up some prime real estate.

Even though we did have some rowdy neighbors.

After checking out my Husky, Jon and Danny are wondering if they brought enough bike to keep up.

A short way into a late afternoon ride we stopped for a T-bone and a beer. It was the T-bone that made Rich lightheaded.

Dale, Jon and I continued on a bit to check out this lookout spot.

Typical of some of the scenery that we rode through but didn't get photos of.

Back at camp looking at Jon's truck tent and the overflow section.

Some of the guys discussing whether they thought they would be able to handle the fire roads or not.

Eric's face pretty much describes how we all felt about the riding up here.

Paul and Jon in the middle of a great little cluster of trails.

Back at the lookout with Paul.

The road back down.

Meeting back up with one of the other groups.

Looking down at Lake Isabella where we would soon be.

Some of the local landscape.

Paul and Jon on their way down to the lake.

It's getting closer.

Here it is.

There must have been some kind of cloning agent in that candy because I see six Pauls.

And after of long period of no pictures were heading back home. What a great weekend.

There was another thread that does not seem to have gained traction so i will repost this here...

Thanks to everyone for a great time!! Thanks TT (the other TT) for a great place and a great meal!!

I did not get many photos... even fewer decent photos.

Morning would not be complete without coffee

My abode for the weekend.

Sat morning and there were AdvRiders all over, somehow organizing into groups.

Look one way...

Look the other way...

Javier counting the riders in his group... "Does the 950 count as one or two?"

Screw it... let's ride!

A few from our ride... thanks Windrat for a great tour.

Hmmm.... this GPS must be defective, it doesnt list singletrack.

Right over there... look closely... do you see it... that is where the sweet single track is, I just know it.

And then in the evening, of course, there was the BBQ!!!

Making sure it's dead... or, it's ready...

Good people... great place... amazing food! Thanks again to everyone.

tt has pretty handy with that shovel - stoked the fire with it, turned the meat with it...

we made it to mojave past 8pm, had our dinner at carly's. tony filling up the bikes for a long weekend (and a trike behind)

an hour later, we made it to this sign. good idea we stopped and noticed that the left arrow to tt's place was blackened out, otherwise we will end up in lake isabela....

when we made it to tt's sky ranch at 10pm and most of the FFs were already wasted.....
