Wow! Great RR! I feel like I was right there. Beautiful photos, funny, informative, inspiring stories. Can't wait to see where you go next summer! And maybe where I go . . . !

Rawk awesome RR, and lets not forget this dude rode very single mile of this trip, the many miles in between each photo, he sat on the bike, cranked the throttle and rooooodddeeee!, I just don't want to belittle the freak'n crazy miles you rode and how incredible an accomplishment this is, i mean its not walking on the moon but dude.. you should and I'm sure you do feel proud of this chapter in your life.

Much Respect. Thank you for sharing!!!

Way Kewl

A friend of mine turned me on to your ride report. I've read a few on here from begining to end. Yours is something that resembles something I could possibley pull off myself. Maybe just the inspiration I need for when I get a little more vacation banked up. And you've given me a new found respect for the WR. Thanks for let us all tag along.

Is Your dog a Walker Coonhound? I loved to listen to mine howl.

Great RR. I spotted it this evening and sat here and read it to the end.
You passed with in a mile of my home in Bridgeport, WV when you came through here on US RT 50.

Great Report. I think we had the same campsite at Rock Island State Park. Check it out:

One of the best campgrounds along the TAT. We really appreciated the hot showers.

VERY cool

Very cool report and thanks for taking the time to post it. 6000+ miles on a WR250. Nuff said.
Gimme a call and we will go grab a bite to eat. If you need to change out another set of tires, we can do that also! Nicely done and great inspiration to all of us who need to get off our butts and do some LONG trips.

He's an American Foxhound, and I do love it when he starts howling.

OnOff - for sure, I'm always up for maintenance, food, and brews. I probably won't be changing anything until my 7wk class ends in October, 5 classes with 2 studios and lots of writing in 2 others plus work makes me a busy busy man.

Fantastic report. I've been looking for inspiration to downsize from my 1100GS for dual sport touring. You've definitely added fuel to the fire. Thanks.
