Obviously, that is why they are letting us have exclusive use of the facility. They need the money badly.
Where/how do we send the money or otherwise commit?
What is the cutoff date and number of signups you need?
Should we post here or in the Advrider Annual Rallies thread if we are planning to go?
I've cross-posted to Stromtrooper.com.

Cromag

Trying to get things set up so this will be an annual event with perpetuity. Opening a CroMag account that can be passed on to any future organizers. If there is a CPA in the group who is willing to handle this I would sure be appreciative. Have the Non-profit EIN so we can have an account to hold the seed money for next year and take care of this years event. Bank assures me we won't make enough interest at .0025% to cause any problems with Non-profit rules. Ouch....that is skimpy interest. I will have the information to paypal right into the cromag account by Thursday AM. I'd like another name to use if something were to happen to me, that way someone else has access to handle the monies etc.. Any volunteers? PM me. Preferrably in the chesire, sullivan county of NH or rockingham, windsor counties of Vermont. Or nearby in case I need you to sign a bank authorization card. It can all be moved wherever as need be in the future for ease of access. Hopefully this will help make it easier for others to take the reins in a few years. Assuming it has a couple year run in VT. Seems that is the shelf life per location. Please join us, you will love the riding.
