Still time...gemini's

For those of you who cannot decide which person you want to be, if the motorcycle rider wins out you can still come to CroMag2009. The ranger gave me a reprieve on the list. If I hear from you before noon on Thursday...you can still participate. She is very nice.

I'd do it, but I will already be up here. Here is how I would go (er almost every day.) 114 to 127? (from Weare/New Boston town line out through deering into hillsborough), I take 31 into Washington, at the W.Gen. Store Take the left at the fork (lempster mtn road) which will bring you to 10. left on 10 to right on 123A just above stone pond (this you don't want to miss if you have never done it. bumpy and dirty but still fun.) This will bring you to 123 Alstead. Right on 123 and follow into Walpole...when you get to Drewsville (part of Walpole), at the stop sign (fIrst one after Alstead) go straight across on dirt road. That will bring you out back on 123 just shy of 12. Right on 12.
In north walpole I would cross the bridge over to route 5/103 in VT. head north. I would stay on 5 north, but you can hit 91 and go to exit 8. If you slab go right to the light then left on 5. If you stay on 5, at the light in Ascutney go north on 5 about 2 miles up you will come to running bear campground, just past that there is a left that will take you on back mtn road, you will see signs for Ascutney Mtn. Ski area. Follow that until you will go off in the grass if you go any further and turn left. Continue on past the ski area in Brownsville until you get to 106. Turn right and follow into Woodstock. From there you have directions to Barnard. But it is R, by the green, L bridge street, and then keep going straight till you get to Silver lake Park. Or you can slab quickly.

I'm officially in... Now shall I run the 606s or the 607s? Any word on the dirty rides possibilities?

Had a great time at the Black River Stages as a volunteer, now this weekend I'll get to do more riding!

See you freaks there.

Good question...I was wondering the same thing...leave the knobby on the rear? or run the Sahara's?

Inquiring minds want to know...

There are lots and lots of dirt roads that are legitimate to ride on.

Pick either tire that you feel more comfortable with.
Im sure there will be some hero sections to use the 606's on
There are some twisty paved gap roads where 607's will really shine.
Its a toss, either way it will be a blast.

Ill be trying out my new TKC80 rear, my buddy on a Versys will be riding 607's

Its going to be fairly dry, might get some rain in that area today.
Either tire will be ok, don't think it will be too muddy.

On another note we all need to be careful!
There are people on these roads; walking, horses, dogs, deer, moose, and sometimes YETI can be seen.

We are guests and want to be welcomed back. Dont want to piss off YETI.

Going to be a blast, cant wait!

Yeti!! Holy shit..

I've been hunting the YETI since 1975 when I started researching him (really sasquatch/bigfoot)...He's out there..most likely in western part of the continent...

If he shows up at Cromag..That would be some crazy shit...Just try and picture it...

In that case, I'm keeping the knobie on the rear, just in case I have to make a run for it...Thanks for the heads up!
