Come on along, we will be waiting. I am going to keep the gate open till 10 tonight. If the gate is locked I'm at site one, walk in and get me if it is real late. Or we will be down at the fire. Walk straight down the road, you'll probably hear us. We will come let you in.

Gate locks at 10 pm

If you are following this thread and on your way, the gate locks at 10. Walk straight down the hill to the fire...follow signs for the beach. I will come up and let you in. If you get here real late, I am at tent site 1 (one), get me and I will still let you in. Ride safe. You will get in.

Sorry you missed the rides today. I would have taken you home so you could have fixed it..... Don't be so stubborn next time. It happens to everyone at one time or another. I've got Ducati angels all over VT!

In the woods today

I saw three deer in separate locations, a moose who ran down the trail in front of me for three hundred yards, man do they run ugly. Partridge all over, woodcocks are in. Turkeys and last but not least a small bear. (While I was stuck in the mud.)

I did not eat anything, I am waiting for the pig.

How about a spot to show us yer Cromag pics?

Just started a thread over in 'Ride reports and pics, pics, pics' as a place for inmates to show off their pics of the Cromag Campout. Please stop by and post up some of your pictures for us all to see.

Hey...I'm just reading this for the first time...Sorry we missed your ride...We had a flat on friday's ride up, and some challenging dirt roads in CT that slowed out trip down a bit,

and we ended up checking into a hotel a 10:30 that, after being on the road since 8am that morning...

Then, the remainder of the route up ended up kicking our ass for about 2 hours...and delayed us even more...lol..

so about 2pm on saturday we roll in to Cromag finally:

for some of this...

So..long story made short...we enjoyed the BBQ dinner, and sat by the fire for a bit...

Met a bunch of great people...I can't wait for next year!

That park is beautiful!!!

Enjoyed meeting you guys at the Saturday Night BBQ

Gentlemen, and Ladies,

Dave and I, stopped by to say hello at the BBQ dinner after being out riding on our own during the day, and enjoyed meeting everyone we did at the dinner, (great BBQ) and for a little while round the fire. We've been lurking for years!

Hope to have more notice for next year, (I hadn't been keeping up) and maybe go riding with everyone.

We live here in the area, Dave in Rochester, and I in Mendon. We do a bunch of riding on the dirt roads around here on our R100 P/D's, and hope to be of more service next year.

Here's hopin' everyone made it home safe,

Larry

PS Looking forward to seeing some of you up at Killington this season, feel free to stay in touch. We meet at 8:55AM, Monday to Friday, at the K1 and ski for a couple of hours.

Awesome, awesome weekend!

Just wanted to add a huge thanks to Shrine Clown for all the hard work it took to get this off the ground, and to all of the riders who pitched in for the saturday night BBQ: together you all donated over $700 to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Mary and I are truly grateful!

It was terrific meeting you all and sharing beers and stories at the campfire.

NEK Ride

jackpiner57, if you ever coordinate a NEK ride, keep me in mind. Daughter goes to school up there and would love to bring my klx up from ny and do some riding.

+1

I'm in Plattsburgh and can do NEK rides just about any weekend.
