Sorry guys, I shouldnt have posted this as I'm not doing dual headlights....

Stuck the Baja Designs back on so I could ride this weekend. More next week when I get some lighter material. I'm considering ordering up a 990 windshield and integrating that in.

I made by myself a fairing for my KLR after a faceplant... I destroy the stock faiting and gauges.

I finished the thing a couple of months ago but I'm still working on the instruments and switches and little lights thing, not for rally, just for practical use.

I use a PVC tube... almost only angles, no curves... the only curve part I use (i don't know how is in english) plasticine? (gets hard aftera few minutes)

I spent like $300... the lights cost me like $200, the rest was paint, aluminum, pvc tube, bolts

Sorry guys, too many other projects on the go right now. We've had some stellar weather here so I've been riding the pig rather than building the fairing. Don't worry, the project wont stall!
