speaking as someone who has yet to get his f800gs I think the big things they should do is improve the suspension, add in some real adjustability to better accommodate larger riders and take away.......weight.....no more bells or whistles, and please pick some good paint/color schemes...a couple gals of fuel and no more bobble head brake reservoir would be nice.....oh well maybe for 2011,20012....for now I am trying to find a nice black/yellow 09

I bought the demo bike last night. It is the 2009 I talked about earlier in the post. I was actually able to haggle a little more... so out the door it was $14,500. About the warranty, it is only good for 36k miles and does not start out new like what was originally explained to me... so I lost 3k off of it (the bike had 3k miles on it). The 36 month thing is actually extended to 42 month since it is a demo bike for the time of the purchase by the dealer so I have 36 months left on that. Attached is a picture, it kind of looks orange but it is actually yellow.

OEM tires?

Looks like BMW has changed tire suppliers again...
Anybody know off hand which ones they are using now?

I wish...

That's just what the bike costs here. Imported from the U.S.

Chain is different on the 10' and the rear sprocket bolts are much bigger too.
