Offroad skills/practice day for noobs and intermediates? Anyone interested?

Just testing the level of interest for an offroad skills/practice day, Brisbane area. No formal tuition (other than maybe a few semi experienced sets of hands) but mainly an opportunity to get used to adv bikes in offroad situations - modest hill climbs (and modest downhills), open natural terrain loop, couple of jumps for anyone keen etc.
Private property only and not big loops but plenty of opportunity to work up a sweat if you want to.
Thought some of the noobs and intermediates might like to practice their skills.
If interested, post away and I'll see if I can sort out a date.

Skills day

Sounds like a great idea. I'd be in it. A good chance to meet a few of the people from here as well.
When are you thinking of Ross?

I'd be interested in something like this. I'm fairly new to dirt riding so need all the tips and pointers I can get.

When? Where?

I was thinking a day would do it. Maybe even this Saturday? (Would that suit people? Still TBC though). Failing that, a Sat or Sun sometime in October.

'Where' is near Beaudesert. There will be time to 'practice' and also time for short (20 klm dirt road) ride to a lovely lunch spot.

It would be handy to know if any more are interested and when might suit (inc this Sat as a tentative).

EOIs welcome ...

Hi,

I am interested in doing a ride like this. If work doesn't change my plans, I can make this Saturday...

Can't do this saturday but the following weekend (Oct 3 or 4) is good for me.

I'm keen. Will depend on work though. Working extra shifts lately so don't have a lot of spare time. Although I'm not working this Saturday, so could possibly get there. Would have to juggle a couple of things around yet to say for sure.
