I'm no Basecamp pro, but it looks like NY->WV is pretty much all "green"- I didn't see any blue or black.
Does anyone know how much of this chunk is pavement? |

Sorry folks. My FIL is having a rough go of it, and taking care of these requests just hasn't been very high on the priority list as of late.
