BMW service in West SFV or Thousand Oaks?

My out-of-warranty BMW needs it's 24k service and I want to check if there is a recommended non-dealer alternative before I take it to West Valley Cycles again. I was happy with their service last time, but now that there's no warranty stuff to worry about, I'm looking for less expensive alternatives.

I know Lior is highly recommended, but I don't want to have to go to Corona. (I live in Woodland Hills & work in Westlake Vlg.)

TIA

If you are not in a hurry he also does pickup and drop off services. Worth talking to him, the price might be right but his work and service is always top notch.

If you want to ride in the other direction and down the grade, there's RPM Cycles in Ventura, a small independent BMW shop. Good folks there, but I don't know how his service prices compare to the dealer, I've just gotten or ordered some parts there.

DEALER Alternative

If you decide to go to a dealer... there is also Ventura County BMW (they're actually in Thousand Oaks). I have no experience with them aside from drifting through and oogling at bikes on occasion. They seem to have a good reputation.

technically they are in newbury park.

I can't recommend them. they did a sloppy job on a valve cover gasket. spewed oil all over my fairing and boots on my leg the following day.

they do get alot of business along with law enforcement motos.

Thanks all. I checked with Lior, but when I add the delivery charge to his price for the service, it's a good bit more than a dealer.
I think I'll skip Ventura BMW too, from a couple bits of feedback I have. Back to West Valley Cycles it is!
