Go to 1 can instead of 2, buy a shoria battery, and get rid of those passenger pegs. 30 pound weight lost just like that. Then add a rear rack, skid plate, and oversized tank. Back up to 330.

I just got back from a run to Phoenix to pick one up. So far so good with bar risers, skid plate, and power up kit on it's way. Seems like a nice bike with only 120 miles on the clock.

good to hear.... I put a Yuasa YTZ14S in my 610, good battery. Same footprint, 1" or so shorter.

Safari USA says the tanks are 2-3 weeks out. I'm just glad to get another d/s in my hands, we have a Moab thing planned in Sept. and I wasn't making much progress replacing the 610.

The PU kitted bikes are supposed to run as good as ones with the LV's....be interesting to see how much heat the cats put out. This late in the season that might be ok soon
For now it will probably just get the PU kit and we'll go from there.

Does anyone know where I can get some wrought iron railings? I need something really short- like 1-2 steps.

In Salida? Your best bet would be to run down to the Home Depot........

I had to go to the Colorado Springs Friday night and was looking for a good beer. Hotel desk gal recommended Trinity Brewing, so I am sitting there enjoying a beer or 3 when a guy grabs me. He is the owner, he used to be a student in my science classes and I coached him in football. He owns the place! Guess he payed attention in biology!!!
