I never really understood the appeal of hill climbing. Yea just go to the top of a cliff, throw your bike off, and then jump. It would scare the shit out of me.

Too bad the qwad rider stopped at the rocks. That thing wouldn't have stopped tumbling until it reached the ocean.

Saw a pretty good size group of riders heading onto Mantukat/Goose Creek from CO77...what ride was this? My brother and I were on our Scramblers.

I guess he has one like I gots in which I carry my chocolate bars, dime novels, and a few moto tools. The red item in the holster is my water pistol in which I keep Old Spice for when I get too rank.

I think Dan is wearing an Ogio Flight Vest. What he carries in all the pockets is classified. I do know that when we needed a cloth to wipe the hail and fog off our goggles, it suddenly appeared.

They're the sh*t.

how many times during a ride do you take your pack off to get something out like a camera? how about an 8mm?
ever accidentally pack up your gloves during those frantic moments? then have to take your pack off again to look for them?

not anymore . . .

It does look like a Black Hawk Tactical vest:

But the guys are right. It is an Ogio Flight Vest, specifically designed for Moto use. I upgraded to the Ogio from a Camel-back and am quite happy w/ it. It distributes the load much better than a camel back or back pack and provides much more rapid access to many tools/items.

Camel back in the center middle pouch, maps in the outer middle pouch, rain jacket in the rear right pocket and snacks tools etc in the rear left pouch.

On the front I have a leatherman, powerbar and tire gage in the mag front left mag pouches, wallet and phone tin he pouch behind the mag pouches. SPOT Tracker in the upper left shoulder pouch, goggle rag in the middle left shoulder pouch. on the right I carry my Go Pro & accessories and other items, + the map that is being looked at and in the upper right shoulder pouch is the digital camera tethered to the vest for the on the go action shots.

Can't really wear a chest protector here though correct? I actually like it.

Like the KTM Poster better.

I got to where I depended on my jacket just for it's pockets on long offroad trips, and when it was too warm to wear the jacket it got uncomfortable.

I picked up an Ogio Flight Vest and liked it. It fits great over a pressure suit and a sweatshirt/longsleeve tee.
