More NM Police Action

Not really new but...

Not sure who's worse, the mother who takes a van full of kid on a highspeed chase or the cop trying to shoot out the tire. In his defense, he just came up on the scene and probably didn't know the van was full of kids.

IMO, she has no business operating a motor vehicle but maybe she heard about the "Deming Incident" Still a total lack of respect for authority, wtf was she thinking?

The initial officer deserve a medal for patience and dealing with an idiot. He could be dead if there was a gun in the car.

Thank you all. Getting on a dirt bike 3 years ago allowed me to get back into the outdoors. Gasoline is the great equalizer. Meeting you on sidewinder Rick was awesome, minus the fractured toe... Looking forward to another amazing year riding in the rockies.

That day at sidewinder was inspiring! I met you and you were still using a cane to walk anything longer than 20ft, but you are a natural on the trail(he rocks!!!), and then you came to my rescue after I missed a shift on this, I slid down a bit but I remember you were there to grab the front wheel or a hand...Here'e Silverboy at the top helping me out..

Thanks again!!!

Edit-You've come a long way, even to being a top rider in the RMEC!

Just goes to show.... A loaded minivan can do 100mph.

I'm guessing the driver regrets not taking the $120 ticket.

Not sure what the hell Travon has to do with anything, but that sounds like a lawyer tactic. Good luck with that; everything is on video.

Well ghaaalee, Barn. . . what would Andy do?

Good crap, talk about escalation.
Could've wrote her the speeding ticket, noted "refused to sign" and been on with his day (let the courts sort it out). . . . And then, when he finally coaxed her out and decided to arrest her, sure should've waited for backup. . .duh!
All this for a few mph over the speed limit, eh?

The lady was an absolute dope, but the cops sure jacked this situation up to the ceiling.

"Breaking news with on-scene reporter, Richard Hard: Very sad story today Bob. . . Family of 6 dead, along with 4 separate victims as mini-van in high-speed pursuit by police collides with local orphanage wagon in sleepy New Mexico town. Also, driver of Salvation Army truck in critical condition as ricochet bullet (intended for family of 6) strikes him in the neck while driving eastbound on Hwy 4 - back to you Bob. . . ."

(Aren't the sidelines fun!)
