Need Help Setting Preload & rebound on my F8GS

I really have no idea where to set my preload and rebound. I received the bike from the dealership with the preload backed all the way out to allow the bike suspension to compress adequately for me to be able to touch at stops. Yes, yes...I'm short. 5'6" with 29-30" inseam.

Now that I'm a little more comfortable with the bike and handling, where should I set it? Right now I'm 90% paved 10% gravel or dirt packed roads, Weighing in around 175 lbs, plus 20-30ish lbs worth of panniers, racks, etc.

Cool link David. I wonder if the sag numbers would change for a bigger bike...
