Oddball bikes currently competing

Allright, just spotted these bikes just two weeks ago at the opening round of the International Dutch Enduro Nationals.
Make no mistake, these bikes were entered in official compettition, and were raced against the latest in motorcycle technology and enough GP ISDE and Dakar competitors, so seen anything interesting or out of the ordinary?

Good for them they could prolly still complete all 6 days of the ISDE(ISDT in those days) w/o failure.

I was impressed,
they completed their rounds with no failure, conditions were extremely heavy, fesh fesh sand comparable to the African Dakar.

Think back then Enduro bikes were build for the sole purpose of reliability trails, not dirtbikes with headlights and streetlegal tires.

Very competetative, and expensive.
In fact they cost more than a 125 suzuki or other dirtbike, they were faster.

50 cc Kreidler van Veen GS,
A 35 year old bike still able to hold up against brandnew bikes.
