New Tag. I was surprised that the idea I had for the next tag was actually in front of one of the screens at the same drive in!

St. Louis and the surrounding area are celebrating the 250th Birthday of the founding settlement in the area just north of the Gateway Arch. An organization "Cakeway to the West" has created specially painted Birthday cakes and planted them all over historical and popular places. The cakes represent something about our city. This one features Chevrolet Corvettes. St. Louis was the original manufacturing city of production Vettes from the early 50's until the plant relocated to Kentucky.

The tag is: Find a Birthday Cake. Preferably something outdoors that is at least a decoration. Bonus points if you have a piece of real Birthday cake in the picture!

While this was a fun tag pic, it would seem that the odds of finding a birthday cake outside that can be photographed with the bike is pretty slim, unless you're in St. Louis.

I checked around for bakeries that might have one in a window or as signage, but no joy. Can't think of any other possibilities locally.

Anyone else think perhaps a new tag is in order? The weekend is coming up and folks will be tagging.

A week in tag time is huge... Or are you saying you've got an idea where you can find one and grab the tag?

Did I stump the band?

This may go quickly, as there may be an inmate that has this very item in their area.
Maybe some creativity can provide us with a great grab!

My wife already thinks I'm crazy. Riding to odd places just to take a picture. If she saw me buy a birthday cake just to put in the grass to take a picture of it with my bike. I'm sure she would have me committed. Hurry up and move this. I'm not ready for a padded room yet.

Nah, I wasn't going to buy one, but had made one for my girlfriend's grandson a few weeks ago and her son last weekend...

I've never been to a party where that happened. But if you know of one Ray. Crash it and take the cake!
