...but he wasn't home. Couldn't get to the house, so I went over to his next door neighbor's house.

New tag: astronomical observatory. For this tag you can also use a radiotelescope but the photo has to prove that it is one, and not some communication antenna or the like.

A regular telescope doesn't count. It has to have its own building.

The observatory atop the Physics building on the UMBC campus. It dosn't necessarily have it's own building, but it's an observatory.
