It never ends... http://www.wlos.com/shared/newsroom/...vid_2682.shtml What will the commies take from us next? I feel no remorse for crossing a tank trap or going around a gate in WNC

I think this is it: http://www.wlos.com/shared/newsroom/...vid_2682.shtml

usfs: "considering reopening some of the roads to seasonal acitivity". Probably lip service but might mean they are actually listening...we can bitch amongst ourselves but we're preaching to the choir. We need to make our voices heard with them directly. They'll mow down the forest to sell the timber to big biz (look at Stoney Creek and Bent Creek right now) but won't let us ride existing roads. I just don't get it.

It's been a long time since this thread has been used. Feel free to post up any events that you know of. Next thing on my list is the International Motorcycle show here in Charlotte on February 24-26.

Which way you heading? I may be up for it. I am going up around Sparta and Fries VA tomorrow with my brother.

We could try and hit Wilson Creek on Sunday.

Just did the sparta to manassas run with atwood a few weeks ago, street would be fun. Alas, I'm tied up tomorrow, got dragged into some family affairs. Wilsons creek might be doable on sunday. Really itching to ride the new d/s. Let me know if you think you might be able to do it.

I had a great ride today but I think that I should not push my luck and ride again tomorrow. I am recovering from two broke hands after a nasty getoff.... Still have bulged discs that need to heal or be treated...

Hope you have a great ride.
