I'll be in Fayette County/Northeast Shelby County. (Though I'm pretty much wiling to meet anywhere nearby.)

Thanks for getting in touch. Nice ride today... thanks for letting me try the 800GS. Spunky bike, though I didn't care for the dual-sport seat. I liked most everything else. Brakes, engine, steering, and even the bars. Very responsive. Getting back on my own bike felt like sitting on a cruiser.

Yep, your seat was hard to give up. That seat on the gs is tough and I am trying to solve it without making it taller. Have a Air Hawk on the way and will try that.

I bet your legs felt somewhat cramped as well, as even mine need stretching after a while.

I hope my bike runs as well as yours after 100,000+ miles.

Hey,Jamie. I'm almost tempted to trade my CBR 600 in so I can hit the gravel roads like most of the other guys/gals do on here. It's kind of hard to find sport bike guys to ride with around here that will not act a fool on the highway and interstate.

It's a good one too. It's very rarely been offroad. Heck he might even put a new battery in it for ya!
